Color Street nail strips are one of those products people actually like. They're made from real nail polish, you stick them on, and you skip the salon. That's part of why you may know someone who became a Color Street "Stylist."

This Color Street review is for 2026, and a lot has changed since the product first took off. In 2025 the company rewrote its pay plan and opened a TikTok Shop. Here's what that means if you're buying, and what it means if you're selling.

You'll see a couple of different New Jersey towns listed for Color Street online. The company's own Terms of Service give the address of Color Street, LLC as 922 Riverview Drive, Totowa, New Jersey, which matches the Totowa dateline on its 2025 press release.

What Color Street Sells

Color Street's main product is nail polish strips made from real nail polish. The range covers solids, glitters, designs, French styles and special effects. The site also sells makeup, hand and nail care, skincare and brushes.

That's a real simplification. Here's the difference in plain terms:

• Before: an 18-rank structure, the kind of ladder where much of the income depends on building and ranking up a large organization.
• After: most of your pay comes from your own retail sales (up to 40%), plus 15% tied to your first level, the people you personally bring in.

Because there's still a payment on your first level, it's still multi-level. But the weight has shifted toward selling product to customers, which is the healthier end of this industry.

What Happened With Color Street? TikTok Shop and Selling Beyond Stylists

In April 2025 Color Street launched an official TikTok Shop (PR Newswire; Direct Selling News). So in 2025 the company both changed how Stylists are paid and opened a new way for customers to buy without a Stylist.

You may also see claims that Color Street sells on Amazon. I couldn't confirm the company sells there directly, so I'm not stating it.

If you're a Stylist, the TikTok Shop raises a fair question to put to your upline: when a customer buys through the company's own shop, does any of that sale reach you? Get the answer in writing.

Instagram is clearly Color Street's main channel, with a post two days before my check. YouTube has been quiet for about ten months. TikTok, where the new shop lives, has a verified account with 13,800 followers, which is modest next to the Instagram audience.

The Concerns: What You Need to Know

• It's still multi-level. The 15% first-level payment means recruiting still matters.
• The company now sells direct on TikTok Shop. That's more convenience for customers, and more competition for you.
• YouTube has gone quiet since November 2025.
• Ask for the income disclosure. A new plan means older income numbers may not reflect how Stylists are paid today.
