Bomb Party Review (2026): The $99 Kit, the Income Disclosure, and the Live Reveals

If you've spent any time on Facebook or TikTok lately, you've probably watched someone drop a fizzing "ring bomb" into water and pull out a surprise ring. That's Bomb Party. And a lot of the people hosting those lives are reps who joined for the fun of it.

So is Bomb Party a good company to join in 2026? This Bomb Party review covers who runs it, what the $99 kit gets you, what the company's own income disclosure says reps earn, and a 2025 case about "financial freedom" posts.

Quick answer: Bomb Party is an Alabama jewelry company founded in 2016 by sisters Lillian and Bella Coleman. Reps sell surprise jewelry on live video and start with a $99 kit. Per the company's own income disclosure, 39.9% of reps earned any commission in the year to June 2025.

I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with the company's own words. For this review I read bombparty.com, its 2025 compensation plan, its starter kit flyer, its income disclosure statement, a self-regulatory case report, its BBB profile and its public social media. You can browse every company I've reviewed on one page.

Here's what I found.

Is Bomb Party Still in Business?

Yes. In October 2026, bombparty.com was promoting its November Birthday 2026 collection and its Halloween Stacks 2026 line, and new reps could still enroll.

The company is also marking a milestone. Its "Our Story" page opens with "Ten years ago," and its 2026 kit flyer celebrates "10 Years of Sparkle." You can compare its status with other companies in the full MLM company directory.

Who's Behind Bomb Party?

Two sisters. The company's story page says Lillian "co-founded Bomb Party in 2016 with her sister Bella." Today Lillian leads the creative side and product design, and Bella is Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer. Their BBB profile lists them as Lillian Coleman and Isabella Coleman.

Lillian's founder letter tells the backstory. She started a Southern apparel line, Moss+Crown, with a $1,500 loan from her parents, and Isabella left nursing school to help run it. Three years later came the ring bomb idea, made in their kitchen and shown on Facebook, where it "hit over one million views within a month."

A week later, she writes, she was diagnosed with Stage III Hodgkin's lymphoma. She kept building the company through six months of chemotherapy while Bella and a friend ran the live parties. That's a story I respect.

What Bomb Party Sells

The product is the surprise. A customer buys from a rep's live sale, and the rep reveals the piece on camera: a ring cased in a fizzing "ring bomb," or an earring or necklace reveal. The company says new collections drop twice a month, with rare "unicorn" pieces and hidden diamonds mixed in.

Here's what the company's FAQ says about the jewelry itself:

  • Most rings are brass based and plated with gold, rhodium, hematite or rose gold.
  • All jewelry is "nickel safe."
  • Pieces are double plated and coated to resist tarnish.
  • Green skin is "rare," but "not 100% preventable with some sensitive skin types."
  • Rings come in sizes 5 to 11.

The site doesn't show retail prices, because reps sell at their own sales. The best price guide is the company's own kit flyer: the Launch pack's 45 pieces carry a "Resale Value" of $1,122.75. That works out to about $24.95 a piece.

Is Bomb Party an MLM?

Yes. Reps buy jewelry at wholesale and keep the profit when they sell it. On top of that, the 2025 compensation plan pays Level Bonuses on up to four levels of the reps below you, and Generation Bonuses up to six generations deep for leaders. Earning on other people's sales is what makes it multi-level.

Is it a pyramid scheme? I don't use that label for a company selling real products to real customers, and Bomb Party does. The company's FAQ also says recruiting isn't required. What matters for you is whether your money comes from jewelry buyers or from new reps buying kits.

What It Costs to Join Bomb Party

KitPriceWhat's in it
Essentials Starter Kit$99Your personal Originals necklace, earring and ring bomb, a ring display, cleaning cloth, tumbler and print materials
Boost Add-On Inventory$30025 ring bombs plus 1 earring and 1 necklace reveal (resale value $673.65)
Launch Add-On Inventory$50035 ring bombs plus 5 earring and 5 necklace reveals (resale value $1,122.75)

In 2026, anyone who joins with the Starter Kit and the Launch pack, $599 together, also gets an "Originals Diamond Reveal."

Two rules to know before you sign up:

  • Stay-active minimum. Per the FAQ, reps must sell $600 in personal commissionable volume in any rolling six months, or the account is downgraded to a customer.
  • Other costs. The income disclosure lists costs beyond the kit, including more inventory, a monthly technology fee, shipping to reps and customers, and supplies.

How Bomb Party Reps Get Paid

From the 2025 compensation plan and the company's join page:

  • Profit on your own sales: 25% to 37.5% depending on the item, paid weekly.
  • Volume bonus: an extra 5%, 8% or 10% when you hit 2,000, 5,000 or 7,000 in personal volume in a month.
  • Level Bonuses: 2% to 9% on up to four levels of your team.
  • Generation Bonus: up to 3% on six generations, for leaders.
  • Advancement Bonus: a one-time $500 at the Ruby Executive Manager title.
  • Fast Start: up to $450 in product credit for new reps.

To be "Active" for monthly bonuses you need 400 in personal qualified volume in the month.

What Bomb Party's Income Disclosure Shows

This is the most useful document the company publishes. It covers May 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, and shows gross commissions, before any expenses.

  • 39.9% of reps earned a commission. 60.1% did not, and those reps are left out of the table.
  • Topaz is where most paid reps sit: 64.92% of paid reps, with an average of $1,948.64 and a median of $1,189.91 for the year.
  • Peridot, the next title: 11.35% of paid reps, median $8,248.77.
  • Diamond, the top: under 1% of paid reps.

Put simply, most people who joined earned nothing in commissions that year. Most who did earn sat at the Topaz title, where half made $1,189.91 or less before costs. The company's own words: "Participation in this program is not a guarantee of any income."

The 2025 Self-Regulatory Case

In 2025 the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC), a program run by BBB National Programs, looked at 18 income claims about Bomb Party. Most were reps' Facebook, Instagram and TikTok posts promising things like "financial freedom," and one was on the company's own site.

Here's how it ended, per DSSRC's report (Case #223-2025, closed July 10, 2025):

  • Bomb Party got 12 of the 18 claims removed and 3 more "significantly modified," including the one on its website.
  • The last 3 were posted in 2021 and 2022 by former reps who didn't answer the company's requests.
  • DSSRC called the company's response a "good faith effort" and closed the inquiry.

This was self-regulation, not a lawsuit or a government action. The takeaway for you: if someone pitches Bomb Party as "financial freedom," that's exactly the kind of claim the company had to clean up.

Is There a Bomb Party Lawsuit?

About 140 people a month search for "ring bomb party lawsuit." I didn't find one.

On October 14, 2026, I searched federal court dockets on CourtListener for cases with "Bomb Party" in the case name. It returned zero. The same search for Herbalife returns 100, so the search does find companies with cases. It doesn't cover state courts, so it isn't the final word.

Bomb Party's BBB Rating

When I checked, Bomb Party's BBB profile showed an F rating. It is not BBB accredited. The profile listed 51 complaints and gave the reason for the rating as "Failure to respond to 33 complaint(s)."

Several recent reviews there complain that stones weren't what the listing said. Those are customers' claims, not findings, but an F for not answering complaints is worth knowing before you sell to friends.

TikTok is where the brand lives, which fits a business built on live reveals.

The Good: What Bomb Party Gets Right

  • A fun, easy-to-explain product. People love a surprise, and the live reveal is built for social video.
  • A low entry price. $99 to start, with inventory optional.
  • A published income disclosure with averages and medians by title.
  • Weekly pay on your own sales.
  • The company acted on bad income posts. 15 of 18 were removed or changed.

The Concerns: What You Need to Know

  • Most reps earned nothing. 60.1% earned no commission in the disclosure year.
  • The inventory model. Reps buy jewelry up front to reveal it, and add-on packs run $300 to $500.
  • A stay-active minimum. $600 in volume every rolling six months.
  • An F at the BBB for not responding to complaints.
  • Hype in the field. The 2025 case was all about "financial freedom" posts.

Product Alternatives

If you love the sparkle but don't want to run a reveal business, you can buy similar pieces directly. You won't get the surprise, but you will get to pick exactly what you want.

Bomb Party vs Other Jewelry and Social-Selling Companies

If jewelry is your thing, compare Bomb Party with Touchstone Crystal, which sells through home and online parties. For other companies built on social selling, read my reviews of Color Street and Younique, and Damsel in Defense also starts at $99. Compare what it costs to start, how much inventory you have to carry, and what each income disclosure shows.

My Verdict: Is Bomb Party Worth It in 2026?

One More Thing...

Bomb Party runs on attention. The reps who do well are the ones people actually show up to watch.

That's a marketing skill, not a jewelry skill. When you learn how to get the right people to find you and want to hear from you, you stop depending on the same few friends to show up to every live. And that works with any product.

That's what The Sponsoring System teaches. It's a free email series where I share the digital marketing that actually works for networkers. If you want it, start the free series here.
