ZYIA Active Review (2026): The Leggings, the $199 Kit and the Pay Plan

Activewear is one of the easiest things to sell through social media. People wear it every day, it photographs well, and new colors drop all the time. ZYIA Active built a direct-sales company around exactly that.

So is it worth joining in 2026? This ZYIA Active review covers who runs it, what the clothes cost, the two rep kits, how reps get paid according to ZYIA's own pay table, and whether there's an income disclosure.

Quick answer: ZYIA Active is a Utah activewear company founded in 2017 and run by the Bradley family. Reps join with a $199 or $99 starter kit, earn 20% commission on their own sales to start, and need 200 PV of personal volume every month. I couldn't find an income disclosure.

I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with the company's own words. For this review I read ZYIA's company site and online store, its join page and pay table, its enrollment kits, its BBB profile, a 2021 Direct Selling News feature and a TINA.org alert. You can browse every company I've reviewed on one page.

Here's what I found.

Is ZYIA Active Still in Business?

Yes. In October 2026, zyiaactive.com carried a "© 2026 Zyia Active" footer and its online store was selling the current collection. Its Instagram account had 141K followers.

You can compare ZYIA with other companies in the full MLM company directory.

Who's Behind ZYIA Active?

ZYIA's About page lists four family members:

  • Erin Bradley, Founder & CEO
  • Jeremiah Bradley, Founder & Chairman of the Board
  • Brenda Bradley, Co-Founder & Designer
  • Zach Bradley, Co-Founder & President

A 2021 Direct Selling News feature said Erin and Jeremiah "were no strangers to the direct sales industry, as Jeremiah had held leadership positions in multi-level marketing companies throughout his career." So the founders knew this business model well before they started ZYIA.

What ZYIA Sells and What It Costs

ZYIA sells activewear for women and men. These were the US store prices in October 2026:

ProductPrice
Black Pocket Light n Tight Hi-rise 7/8 24" leggings$65
Olive Vee Light n Tight Hi-rise 7/8 24" leggings$59
White Bridget Bra$49
Black Lucia Joggers$70
Men's Black Active Peak Joggers 31"$90
Men's Black Draft T$38

The Light n Tight leggings are the signature item. ZYIA lists the fabric as "73% Polyester, 27% Spandex" and sizes 0 to 20.

People ask whether ZYIA is good quality. I haven't tested the clothes for this review, so I'm not going to rate them. What I can tell you is the price: $65, about twice what the lower-priced leggings in the alternatives below cost.

Is ZYIA Active an MLM?

Yes. ZYIA's own pay table, on its join page, pays reps a commission on their personal sales plus overrides on their team's sales, from the 1st level down to the 10th level. There are 11 ranks, from Representative up to ZYIA Presidential.

Is it a pyramid scheme? I don't use that label for a company selling real products to real customers, and ZYIA sells clothing to customers. In 2021, Jeremiah Bradley told Direct Selling News that "Nearly 75 percent of our revenue comes from actual customers." That's the company's claim, and I couldn't check it against a published disclosure.

What It Costs to Join

ZYIA's enrollment pages list two kits:

  • Custom Starter Kit: $199. You pick your sizes from a selection of pieces.
  • Custom Starter Kit-2: $99. A smaller version.

The kit pages note that business-tool items are "non-commissionable" and won't add volume to your sales.

After you join, the real cost is the monthly minimum. To stay at the starting Representative rank, ZYIA's table requires 200 PV of personal volume every month, and, apart from lifetime volume, "all qualifications are monthly."

How ZYIA Reps Get Paid

Here's ZYIA's own pay table, simplified. The full table is on its join page.

ZYIA Elite60025%$10,000
Presidential60025%$12,000
ZYIA Presidential60025%$15,000

A few details that matter:

  • An extra 8% only for big months. The table adds an 8% override to your personal commission only "if PV is Over 1,000 for the Month."
  • The first rank bonus has a deadline. The $50 Junior Representative bonus applies only "if Done Within the First 3 Full Months."
  • Team overrides grow with rank. From 5% on your 1st level at Junior Representative up to 11% on your 1st level at the top ranks, and down to the 10th level.
  • The top is very high. ZYIA Presidential requires 5,000,000 in total group volume each month.

Is There a ZYIA Income Disclosure?

I couldn't find one on ZYIA's company site or store. That makes it hard to know what typical reps earn.

TINA.org, a consumer advocacy nonprofit, wrote about this in a July 31, 2020 alert. It reported that ZYIA's policies bar reps from making income claims "because of a lack of data," and its headline said "Prohibited income claims remain in publication despite consumer complaint to MLM's compliance department." That's TINA.org's account, from 2020.

In 2021, Jeremiah Bradley told Direct Selling News the company had "over 40,000 active Reps." That's a company claim, and it's five years old.

The Good: What ZYIA Active Gets Right

  • A product people actually wear. Activewear sells itself on social media.
  • A public pay table. The commission rates and rank requirements are on the join page.
  • A $99 option. One of the two kits costs under $100.
  • A strong Instagram brand. 141K followers on the company account.
  • Founders who are still there. The Bradley family runs it, per its About page.

The Concerns: What You Need to Know

  • No income disclosure that I could find. You can't see what typical reps earn.
  • A monthly minimum. 200 PV every month just to stay a Representative.
  • The best pay needs big months. The extra 8% applies only above 1,000 PV a month.
  • Premium prices. $65 leggings are a harder sell than store brands.
  • Its BBB profile. An A rating, not accredited, with 7 complaints filed.
  • A 2020 consumer alert about income claims staying up, per TINA.org.

Product Alternatives

If you like the look but not the price, or you don't want to join anything, these cost a lot less.

ZYIA vs Other Fitness and Social-Selling Companies

If fitness is your thing, read my Beachbody review for a company built on workouts and shakes. If you like the social-selling side, my Younique review covers a social-selling makeup company. Compare them on what it costs to start, the monthly minimum, and whether they publish what reps earn.

My Verdict: Is ZYIA Active Worth It in 2026?

One More Thing...

ZYIA's model runs on posting. Every new release goes up on social media, and reps share it with their followers. But when thousands of reps share the same post, it is hard to stand out.

When you learn to reach people online who are looking for what you know, you stop competing with your own team for attention. And that skill works with any product.
