Xyngular Review (2026): The Biohacking Rebrand, GLP-1 Telehealth, and the Pay

Xyngular has been around since 2009, but it doesn't look like the company it was. In 2025 it rebranded as "The Biohacking Company" and launched XMD Wellness, a telehealth program for prescription GLP-1 weight loss medication. Brand Partners can now earn on those referrals too.
So is Xyngular a good company to join in 2026? This Xyngular review covers who runs it, what it sells, what it costs to join, what the company's own income summary says, and the lawsuits people search for.
Quick answer: Xyngular is a Lehi, Utah supplement company founded in 2009. You join with a $1 Brand Partner upgrade at checkout. Per its own 2024 income summary, 53.76% of Brand Partners earned nothing that year.
I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with the company's own words. For this review I read xyngular.com, its 2026 Opportunity Guide, its 2024 income summary, the XMD Wellness site, three self-regulatory case reports, federal court records, its BBB listing and its public social media. You can browse every company I've reviewed on one page.
Here's what I found.
Is Xyngular Still in Business?
Yes. In October 2026, xyngular.com was live with a 2026 copyright and was promoting a "Peptide Support Stack," and new Brand Partners could still sign up. You can compare its status with other companies in the full MLM company directory.
What Is Xyngular?

| Company | Xyngular Corporation |
| Founded | 2009 |

Who's Behind Xyngular?
The company's leadership page lists Oliver Dibblee as President. Before Xyngular, it says, he was Chief Growth Officer and President of the Americas Region at Amare Global. The page also lists Josh Gagon and Sarah Bjorgaard on the leadership team.
The site doesn't name founders or a CEO, so I won't either.
The 2025 Rebrand and XMD Wellness
In July 2025, Direct Selling News reported that Xyngular was rebranding as "Xyngular, The Biohacking Company." The company called it "more than a name change," with new formulas for energy, metabolism, focus and recovery.
Then came the bigger move. Per a November 2025 company release, XMD Wellness "officially launched November 4, 2025" as "a first-of-its-kind telehealth platform pairing clinician-prescribed GLP-1 therapy with bioactive nutrition and lifestyle support."
Here's what the XMD Wellness site showed when I checked:
- Two programs: "GLP-1 Microdosing" at $199 per 4 weeks and "GLP-1 Weight Loss" from $249 per 4 weeks.
- The two programs use compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, prescribed by a clinician; XMD also lists branded Ozempic and Zepbound at higher prices.
- XMD's own disclosure says its compounded medications "are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality."
A separate release about XMD names RPX Enterprises as "the company's top independent distributor." In plain terms, a leading Brand Partner group helped build the telehealth program.
What Xyngular Sells
Prices from the company's online shop, one-time purchase, with Subscribe & Save 10% lower:
| Product | Price |
|---|---|
| Method (protein shake) | $88.00 |
| Complete Collagen | $68.00 |
| Complete Probiotic | $52.00 |
| Modern Multi | $62.00 |
| GLP-X | $75.00 |
I'm not going to tell you any of these work for weight loss. That's a health question for your doctor, and the company's own claims are its own.
Is Xyngular an MLM?
Yes. The 2026 Opportunity Guide says that once you meet the requirements you can earn "through up to eight levels" on qualifying Xyngular products and "up to four levels" on XMD Wellness referrals. Earning on other people's orders, several levels down, is what makes it multi-level.
The income summary also says Brand Partners "are not paid for sponsoring new Brand Partners or Customers." Commissions come from product sales.
What It Costs to Join Xyngular
- The join: the build-a-business page says to "add the $1 Brand Partner upgrade at checkout."
- Optional packs: Partner Wellness Packs start at $499.
- Annual fee: the income summary lists an annual Brand Partner fee of $49.95 in the U.S.
- Staying qualified: the guide ties commissions to a 120 PV order in the month.
Like most companies in this space, the real cost is the monthly order you keep to stay qualified, not the $1.
How Xyngular Brand Partners Get Paid
From the 2026 Opportunity Guide:
- Level 1 on supplements: 20% on a customer's first order and 10% on reorders.
- Level 1 on XMD Wellness: 30% on the first order and 20% on reorders.
- Up to 40%: when you hit 5,000 in monthly volume from personal customers with at least 10 personally enrolled active customers.
- Rank bonuses: from $300 up to $200,000 at the top ranks.
What Xyngular's Income Summary Shows
This is the document to read before you join. It covers 2024 and is effective March 1, 2025.
- 46.24% of Brand Partners earned income. 53.76% did not.
- People who sponsored someone earned an average of $1,411 and a median of $196.40 for the year, before expenses.
- The base Brand Partner rank held 81.83% of paid partners, with an average of $73.76 a month.
- Most buyers are customers. The summary says 81% of Xyngular product consumers are customers, not Brand Partners.
The summary is clear that those figures don't account for expenses, which "can include registration/renewals fees, product purchases, events, taxes, travel." A median of $196.40 a year is a hobby, not a paycheck.
Xyngular's Self-Regulatory Cases
The Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC), a program run by BBB National Programs, has looked at Xyngular three times:
- Case #159-2024 (closed May 2024): a weight loss claim on Xyngular's own site, "Lose up to 15 pounds in your first 8 days." The company moved its typical-results disclosure right below the claim.
- Case #184-2024 (closed November 2024): 12 Brand Partner posts. 8 were removed and 4 were modified.
- Case #232-2025 (closed October 2025): 13 claims. 12 were removed, and when one Brand Partner didn't respond, Xyngular terminated that account. DSSRC noted that "Xyngular did not attempt to support the earnings claims."
These were self-regulation, not lawsuits or government actions. And the company acted each time. But three cases in two years tells you what kind of pitch is out there in the field.
Is There a Xyngular Lawsuit?
About 260 people a month search for "xyngular lawsuit." Here's what the federal records show. On October 14, 2026, a CourtListener search for "Xyngular" returned 6 results.
- Freres v. Xyngular: a former employee sued for breach of contract and won. The federal appeals court affirmed in 2016.
- Xyngular v. Schenkel: a dispute with a shareholder. The court dismissed his claims as a sanction, the appeals court affirmed in 2018, and the Supreme Court declined to hear it in 2019. His allegations were never decided on their merits, so I won't repeat them as fact.
- Xyngular v. Innutra Arizona: a 2013 to 2014 case. The docket I could read doesn't show how it ended.
- California Prop 65: in 2017 a group called Environmental Research Center sent a notice, then filed a complaint in Alameda County, alleging lead in Xyngular dietary supplements without a warning. Those are allegations, and the California Attorney General record I read doesn't show the outcome.
I found no FTC or state attorney general action against Xyngular.
Xyngular's BBB Rating and Social Media
When I checked, Xyngular's BBB search listing showed an A+ rating. I couldn't load the full profile, so I can't tell you its accreditation or complaint count.
On social, I could read its YouTube channel on October 14, 2026: @xyngularcorp had 11.5K subscribers and 87 videos, with a new video posted that day. Instagram, TikTok and Facebook didn't load for me.
The Good: What Xyngular Gets Right
- A real company with history. 17 years in Lehi, Utah.
- A cheap way in. $1 to become a Brand Partner, packs optional.
- A published income summary with clear numbers, including the people who earned nothing.
- It acts on bad claims. Across three DSSRC cases, it removed or changed posts and closed an account.
- Customers outnumber partners, per its own summary.
The Concerns: What You Need to Know
- Most partners earned nothing. 53.76% in 2024.
- Small typical earnings. A $196.40 median for people who sponsored someone.
- Weight loss hype. Three self-regulatory cases on weight loss and earnings claims.
- The GLP-1 pivot. Brand Partners earn on compounded prescription medication that XMD itself says isn't FDA approved. That's a different kind of product to recommend to your friends.
- High supplement prices. See the alternatives below.
Product Alternatives
If you like the idea of a protein shake, collagen or a probiotic but not the price, here are widely sold options. I'm not saying they're equal in formula. I'm showing you what else is out there.
| What you want | Xyngular product and price | Alternative | Why consider it |
|---|---|---|---|
| A daily protein shake | Method, $88.00 one-time ($79.20 subscribe) | Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey, Vanilla Ice Cream, 2 lb | $44.01; one of the best-known whey proteins |
| Collagen powder | Complete Collagen, $68.00 ($61.20 subscribe) | Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, Unflavored, 9.33 oz | $18.65; unflavored and mixes into coffee |
| A daily probiotic | Complete Probiotic, $52.00 ($46.80 subscribe) | Culturelle Digestive Daily Probiotic, 30 count | $17.47; one capsule a day |
The Amazon prices are the buy-box prices on each listing when I checked on October 14, 2026, and all three were in stock. Prices change, so check before you buy. I'm not listing an alternative to GLP-X or XMD Wellness. Anything aimed at GLP-1 or weight loss is a conversation for your doctor.
Xyngular vs Other Weight-Loss and Wellness MLMs
If you're comparing wellness companies, read my reviews of Plexus and Isagenix, which also sell shakes and gut health products. OPTAVIA and Total Life Changes are built around weight loss too. Compare what it costs to start, what you need to order each month, and what each income disclosure shows.
My Verdict: Is Xyngular Worth It in 2026?
One More Thing...
Xyngular gives its partners a lot to talk about: a rebrand, peptides, telehealth. But the partners who do well are the ones people actually listen to.
That's a marketing skill, not a product skill. When you learn how to get the right people to find you and trust you, you stop chasing friends and family. And that works with any company.
That's what The Sponsoring System teaches. It's a free email series where I share the digital marketing that actually works for networkers. If you want it, start the free series here.
