Seacret Direct Review (2026): What Happened, and What Is Viago?

If you sold Seacret's Dead Sea skin care, or bought it from a friend who did, you've probably noticed something changed. The company you knew as Seacret Direct now calls itself Viago, and it's selling travel memberships.
So what happened to Seacret Direct, and is Viago worth joining? This Seacret Direct review covers the rebrand, what Club Viago costs each month, how the pay plan works, what its income disclosure says, and the merger with Stemtech that I couldn't confirm ever closed.
Quick answer: Seacret Direct rebranded as Viago in September 2024. It now sells Club Viago travel memberships that cost $199 to $599 up front, then $59.95 to $349.99 a month. The Seacret skin care you liked is still sold at seacret.com and on Amazon, no membership needed.
I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with the company's own words. For Viago, I read its enrollment page, its 2024 compensation plan and income disclosure, the Club Viago site, Stemtech's SEC filings, Direct Selling News, and Seacret's own store. You can see every company I've reviewed on one page.
Here's what I found.
Is Seacret Direct Still in Business?
Under a new name, yes. On September 23, 2024, Direct Selling News reported that "Seacret Direct has rebranded as Viago." It said the company was still promoting its Dead Sea skin care, body care and nutrition products, and was now also promoting Club Viago, a lifestyle membership with travel experiences, events and discounts.
When I checked on October 14, 2026, Viago's website was live, with Arizona phone numbers (602 and 877) and support hours in Mountain Standard Time. The front and center product is Club Viago, not skin care.
Then there's the Stemtech deal, which I'll cover below. You can compare Viago's status with other companies in the full MLM company directory.
What Was Seacret Direct?
According to Wikipedia, the Seacret story starts with mall kiosks. Brothers Izhak and Moty Ben Shabat launched a kiosk business in 2000 and founded Seacret Spa in 2005 to sell skin care made with salt, minerals and mud from the Dead Sea.
| Detail | Info |
|---|---|
| Brand founded | 2005, Seacret Spa (per Wikipedia) |
| Founders | Izhak and Moty Ben Shabat |
| MLM founded | 2011, Seacret Direct, with partner Betty Perez (per Wikipedia) |
| Headquarters | Phoenix, Arizona |
| Products | Dead Sea skin care, body care, nutrition; now Club Viago memberships |
| Status | Rebranded as Viago in September 2024 |
Seacret Direct, the network marketing arm, was spun off in 2011 with partner Betty Perez. In November 2020, according to Wikipedia, Seacret Direct announced a merger with the travel MLM WorldVentures. If you were part of that world, you'll want to read what happened to WorldVentures, because Club Viago looks a lot like where that road led.
Is SEACRET an Israeli Company?
The brand is. Wikipedia describes Seacret Spa Ltd. as an Israel-based company that makes and owns the Seacret products. Seacret Direct, the MLM, was a separate US company in Phoenix, Arizona. So the skin care is Israeli; the business opportunity was American.
What Viago Sells Now
Viago's main product is Club Viago, a membership. On its enrollment page, the Club Viago benefits include:
- Reward Escapes: pre-planned vacation packages at member pricing.
- Exclusive travel pricing on hotels, flights and cars.
- GetAways: a credit for a getaway vacation every 12 or 18 months, depending on the pack.
- A telemedicine program (US residents only).
- A marketplace with member pricing.
Here's what the packs cost on October 14, 2026:
| Pack | Up front | Then |
|---|---|---|
| Young Professionals (ages 18 to 35) | $199 | $59.95/month |
| Viago Life | $299 | $99.99/month |
| Viago Life Deluxe | $499 | $99.99/month |
| Viago Life Ultra | $499 | $149.99/month |
| Unlimited | $599 | $349.99/month |
The higher packs add a smart ring or band, with Viago saying wearables "will begin shipping on or around 10/25/26." Viago also says your monthly fee "may be waived when you personally refer four (4) active memberships of equal or greater value."
How the Viago Compensation Plan Works
Viago's compensation plan summary is dated "effective December 2024." Here's the structure:
- Direct Bonus: paid when you personally enroll new ambassadors or Club Viago members with a qualifying pack. $100 for a Viago Launch Pack, $50 for a Club Viago Standard Pack, $30 for Club Viago Plus and $20 for Club Viago Standard, plus a smaller Sapphire Bonus on the first two.
- Team Commissions (a binary): you build a left and a right team. Every 50 volume earns half a point, and 5 points on each side triggers a $50 cycle bonus. Weekly earnings are capped by rank, from $500 a week up to $15,000.
- Squared Bonus: a monthly bonus for having equal numbers of active members on both sides, from $50 at "5 squared" up to $85,000 at "5000 squared." Each counted person must generate 100 volume a month.
- Leadership Check Match: at Sapphire and above, up to 20% of the team commissions of ambassadors you help reach Gold.
That's a classic binary plan, and it rewards building two balanced teams of paying members.
Is Viago a Pyramid Scheme?
I can't call it one, and I haven't found any regulator that has. Viago's income disclosure says: "Ambassadors are not compensated for the enrollment of other ambassadors. They are only compensated through the sign-up of new membership customers or purchases by members within their customer base or organization."
Here's what to watch, though. The compensation plan pays a Direct Bonus when you enroll a new ambassador who buys a Launch Pack. That pack is a membership purchase, so on paper the pay is for the sale. But the product is a monthly membership, and the fee waiver rewards recruiting four more of them. Ask yourself honestly: would you pay $99.99 a month for Club Viago if there were no business attached? If the answer is no, most of the people you'd sign up will feel the same.
What Viago's Income Disclosure Says
Viago's income disclosure statement was updated November 4, 2024. Here's what it says, and what it doesn't:
- It describes three account types: Club Viago members, ambassadors, and senior (qualified) ambassadors.
- About 10,000 people in the US ordered as customers in 2023 and were not eligible to earn income.
- "Income is not guaranteed."
- It contains no earnings figures: no average, no median, and no breakdown by rank.
It also says a new compensation plan started December 3, 2024, and promised "a new and updated income disclosure statement in June 2025." When I checked Viago's site on October 14, 2026, the income disclosure it linked to was still the November 2024 version.
The Stemtech Deal
In December 2024, Stemtech Corporation filed with the SEC that it had signed a merger agreement with Seacret Direct, LLC, doing business as Viago. Its 2024 annual report gives the terms: Stemtech would acquire substantially all of Seacret's assets for 13,400,000 preferred shares valued at $2.50 each, with closing "subject to the completion of an audit of Seacret and other customary closing conditions."
Then it goes quiet. Stemtech's annual report for 2025 and its quarterly report for June 30, 2026 don't mention Seacret or Viago once (I checked both for "Stemtech" too, to be sure the search worked). I found no filing saying the deal closed. If you're joining Viago because of the Stemtech merger, ask for proof it happened.
Viago's Social Media Right Now
Viago's social presence is small. Club Viago's site links to two Instagram accounts. When I checked them on October 14, 2026, @club.viago had 2,022 followers and 99 posts, and @viagoyp (the Young Professionals brand) had 261 followers and 45 posts. I didn't find an official Viago YouTube channel. For a company asking members to recruit online, that's not much to share.
The Good: What Viago Gets Right
- The skin care is still available. You can buy Seacret products without joining anything.
- A published compensation plan, with specific bonus amounts.
- A fee waiver for members who refer others, spelled out on the enrollment page.
- An income disclosure that at least explains the account types.
The Concerns: What You Need to Know
- Monthly fees. $59.95 to $349.99 a month after the up-front pack.
- No earnings data. The income disclosure has no numbers, and the promised 2025 update wasn't linked on its site when I checked.
- A binary plan that rewards building two balanced teams of paying members.
- The Stemtech merger was announced and then disappeared from Stemtech's filings.
- A small social footprint, and a brand most people still know as Seacret, not Viago.
Product Alternatives
If you just want the Dead Sea skin care, you don't need a Club Viago membership. Here's what the Seacret store charges, and some alternatives on Amazon.
| What you want | Seacret product and price | Alternative | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| A Dead Sea mud face mask | Mud & Charcoal Balance Mask, $24 (seacret.com) | New York Biology Dead Sea Mud Mask, 8.8 oz, $16.95 | A large jar of Dead Sea mud mask for less |
| A salt body scrub | Salt and Botanical Oil Body Scrub, $28.75 (seacret.com) | SEACRET Dead Sea Salt & Oil Body Scrub on Amazon, $28.75 | The same Seacret product, sold on Amazon, no membership |
| A Dead Sea mud soap | Dead Sea Mud Soap, $14 (seacret.com) | One With Nature Dead Sea Mud Soap, 7 oz, $6.99 | A mud soap bar at half the price |
Seacret prices are from its own store and Amazon prices are the Buy Box prices each listing showed on October 14, 2026; both change often. If you're comparing skin care MLMs, my Nu Skin review has more on paying MLM prices versus store brands.
If You Were a Seacret Agent
If you built a Seacret business, I know this one stings. You probably believed in the products, and that wasn't wrong. They're still sold. What changed is the business: you'd now be selling monthly travel memberships instead of skin care.
You have options. You can keep buying the products you like as a customer. You can look at Viago with fresh eyes, as a brand-new opportunity, and judge it by its monthly fees and its disclosure. Or you can take what you learned and build something you control. Plenty of people who went through what happened to WorldVentures faced the same choice.
My Verdict: Is Viago Worth It in 2026?
One More Thing...
Here's what Seacret's story really shows: when a company changes its product, its plan, or its name, its distributors start over. The only thing that comes with you is your skill at finding customers.
Most uplines still teach the warm market list. But the people searching "what happened to Seacret?" are online right now. When you learn to show up where they're searching, with helpful content instead of a pitch, you stop chasing friends and family. And that skill works with any company, even when the company changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Seacret Direct still in business?
Not under that name. Direct Selling News reported on September 23, 2024 that Seacret Direct had rebranded as Viago. Viago's website was live when I checked on October 14, 2026, selling Club Viago travel memberships. The Seacret skin care brand itself is still sold at seacret.com and on Amazon, with no membership needed.
What is Viago?
Viago is the new name of Seacret Direct, an Arizona-based direct selling company. It now sells Club Viago, a travel and lifestyle membership with member travel pricing, getaway credits, telemedicine for US residents, and a marketplace. Its ambassadors earn through a binary compensation plan.
How much does Club Viago cost?
On Viago's enrollment page on October 14, 2026, the Viago Life Pack was $299 up front, then $99.99 a month. The Young Professionals Pack (ages 18 to 35) was $199, then $59.95 a month. Life Ultra and Life Deluxe were $499 up front, then $149.99 and $99.99 a month. Viago says the monthly fee may be waived if you personally refer four active memberships of equal or greater value.
Is SEACRET an Israeli company?
The brand is. According to Wikipedia, Seacret Spa Ltd., which makes and owns the Seacret Dead Sea skin care brand, is an Israel-based company founded by brothers Izhak and Moty Ben Shabat. Seacret Direct, the MLM that sold the products, was a separate US company started in 2011 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Did Stemtech buy Viago?
Not that I could confirm. Stemtech's SEC filings say it signed a merger agreement with Seacret Direct, LLC on November 30, 2024, subject to an audit of Seacret and other closing conditions. Stemtech's annual report for 2025 and its June 2026 quarterly report do not mention Seacret or Viago at all, and I found no filing saying the deal closed.
