Organo Gold Review (2026): Is Organo Still in Business, and Is It Worth Joining?

Organo Gold was one of the companies that made "healthy coffee" a network marketing category. If you were around MLM in the 2010s, someone probably handed you a cup of their black coffee with ganoderma in it. These days the company brands itself simply as ORGANO.
So is Organo Gold still in business, is the coffee worth the price, and can you make money as a Distribution Partner in 2026? This Organo Gold review covers who runs it, what the products cost, how the pay works, and what its own US income disclosure says.
Quick answer: Yes, ORGANO is still in business. Its Gourmet Black Coffee costs US$39.00 for 30 sachets on its US store. And by its own numbers, 80.9% of active Distribution Partners earned between $0 and $599 in 2025.
I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with the company's own words. For ORGANO, I read its US site, its corporate team and contact pages, its US online store, its income disclosure, its blog, and its public social media. You can see the companies I've reviewed all on one page.
Here's what I found.
Is Organo Gold Still in Business?
Yes. "Is Organo Gold still in business?" is a common search, so here's the evidence, all checked on October 14, 2026:
- Its US store is selling. Coffees, teas and supplements are listed with US prices.
- Its official YouTube channel uploaded a video that day.
- Its blog posted two days earlier.
- Its corporate news page has items dated April 2, 2025 and September 17, 2025.
- Its US income disclosure covers 2025.
What Is Organo Gold?
ORGANO sells coffee, tea, supplements and personal care products made with ganoderma lucidum, a mushroom also known as reishi. Its US site puts it this way: "ORGANO is a global Network Marketing company on a mission to spread knowledge of Ganoderma to the entire world."
| Detail | Info |

| Company | Organo Gold Holdings Limited (Hong Kong) |
| US office | Blaine, Washington |

The company's own origin story: "ORGANO began in 2008 in Richmond, B.C., Canada, in a small shop with only three employees." Its contact page lists Organo Gold Holdings Limited in Hong Kong, ORGANO USA in Blaine, Washington, and ORGANO Canada in Richmond, British Columbia.

Who Owns Organo Gold?
ORGANO's corporate team page lists, when I checked on October 14, 2026:
- Bernardo Chua: Founder
- Paul Caldwell: Chairman & CEO
- Andrew Finn: Chief Operating Officer
- Shella Chua: Chief Strategy Officer
- Ramil Carmen: Chief Financial Officer
Organo Products and Prices
Here's what ORGANO's US store charged on October 14, 2026:
| Product | US price |
|---|---|
| Gourmet Black Coffee (30 sachets) | US$39.00 |
| Gourmet Café Latte (20 sachets) | US$39.00 |
| Gourmet Café Mocha | US$45.75 |
| Gourmet Café Supreme | US$49.50 |
| Organic Green Tea | US$48.00 |
| Ganoderma Lucidum supplement | US$77.25 |
| Spore Powder | US$125.25 |
| FENIX GX Focus Gummies | US$52.50 |
That works out to about $1.30 a cup for the black coffee and about $1.95 a cup for the latte. That's cheaper than a coffee shop, but a lot more than regular instant coffee. I'm not going to make health claims about ganoderma; you're paying for the taste and the idea, and that's your call.
Is Organo Gold an MLM?
Yes. ORGANO calls itself "a global Network Marketing company," and it sells through independent Distribution Partners who sign an agreement with the company and earn bonuses on sales.
How Organo Distribution Partners Get Paid
ORGANO's income disclosure says Distribution Partners earn weekly and monthly bonuses under the ORGANO Compensation Plan. Its global site also describes a Global Growth Bonus, a "90-day Performance and Customer Acquisition Bonus Program" for existing Distribution Partners.
I tried to read the full compensation plan, but ORGANO's compensation plan page wouldn't load for me (it returned an access-denied error on October 14, 2026). So I can't walk you through the ranks and percentages here. If you're considering joining, ask your sponsor for the current plan in writing, and read it before you buy anything.
What Organo Distribution Partners Really Earn
ORGANO's income disclosure covers 2025:
- 80.9% of active Distribution Partners earned between $0 and $599 for the year.
- 19.1% reached a leadership rank and earned anywhere from $600 to more than $100,000.
- ORGANO says it "does not guarantee any level of income or success."
Pay attention to the definition. "Active" here means someone who signed the Distribution Partner agreement, placed at least one order in 2025, and earned at least one weekly or monthly bonus. So people who joined and never earned a bonus aren't counted at all. The real share earning little or nothing is likely higher than 80.9% once you include them.
And these are earnings, not profit. Product orders, samples and events come out of your pocket.
What ORGANO's Social Media Shows Right Now
These numbers were read on October 14, 2026.
| Platform | Handle | Followers | Posts | Last post |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube | ORGANO (organogoldofficial) | 16.9K subscribers | 864 videos | October 14, 2026 |
| @organogold | 38K | 3,740 | not shown |
The company is still posting, and it's clearly marketing the coffee. But its reach is modest for a company with this history, so Distribution Partners will need their own audience.
The Good: What Organo Gets Right
- Still operating, with fresh products and an active store, after 18 years.
- A product people actually drink. Coffee is a daily habit, which makes reorders natural.
- Published US prices. You can see what a customer pays before you join.
- An income disclosure. It's short, but it exists and it's dated.
The Concerns: What You Need to Know
- Most active partners earn under $600 a year. 80.9% in 2025.
- The disclosure leaves people out. It only counts partners who earned at least one bonus.
- The compensation plan wasn't public to me. Get it in writing before you join.
- Premium pricing. Instant coffee at US$39.00 for 30 sachets is a hard sell when ganoderma coffee is sold on Amazon for much less.
I also searched for court and regulator records on Organo Gold. I only publish legal history I can read in a primary source, like a court document or a regulator's own announcement, and I didn't find one I could read for this review. If you see claims about lawsuits online, check the original source.
Product Alternatives
You don't need to join ORGANO to drink ganoderma coffee. Here are cheaper options I found on Amazon:
| What you want | ORGANO | Alternative | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| A black ganoderma coffee | Gourmet Black Coffee, US$39.00 for 30 sachets | Ganoderma Coffee, Reishi 2-in-1 Instant (no sugar), $12.30 | Instant coffee with ganoderma lucidum and no sugar, for much less |
| A ganoderma latte | Gourmet Café Latte, US$39.00 for 20 sachets | Eternal Spirit Beauty Asian Latte Coffee Ganoderma Singles, 15 packets, $18.99 | A creamy ganoderma latte in single-serve packets |
| A reishi supplement | Ganoderma Lucidum, US$77.25 | Real Mushrooms Organic Red Reishi, 90 capsules, $39.95 | A widely sold reishi mushroom capsule at about half the price |
Amazon prices are what each listing showed on October 14, 2026, and they change often. If ORGANO's taste is the one you love, that's a fine reason to buy it. Just compare first.
Organo vs Other Coffee and Drink MLMs
ORGANO helped start the coffee MLM category, and newer companies followed. Read my Agara review for a functional coffee MLM that launched in 2024, and my Total Life Changes review for a company built around a drink, its Iaso Tea. Compare them on price per cup and on what each income disclosure really shows.
My Verdict: Is Organo Gold Worth It in 2026?
One More Thing...
Here's the thing most people miss about ORGANO: the partners who earn aren't the ones who sell the most coffee to their family. They're the ones who keep finding new coffee drinkers.
Most uplines still teach the warm market list and "try a free cup" at the office. But the people searching for "mushroom coffee" and "ganoderma coffee benefits" are online right now. When you learn to show up where they're searching, with helpful content instead of a pitch, you stop chasing friends and family. And that skill works with any company.
That's what The Sponsoring System teaches. It's a free email series where I share the digital marketing that actually works for networkers. If you want it, start the free series here.
