PM-International Review (2026): FitLine Products, Prices and the Business Explained

PM-International is one of the biggest direct selling companies you may never have heard of. Its product line, FitLine, is a range of drink-mix supplements sold by independent distributors in dozens of countries, including the US.

So is it worth buying, and is the business worth joining? This PM-International review covers what FitLine costs in the US, who runs the company, how distributors get paid, and the one document I went looking for and couldn't find.

Quick answer: PM-International is a real, active company, founded in Germany in 1993 and now based in Luxembourg. FitLine is premium priced (PowerCocktail is $119.48 for 30 packets). The business pays through a multi-level plan with car and pension perks at higher levels. But I couldn't find a US income disclosure, so there's no public way to see what typical US distributors earn.

I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with the company's own words. For this review I read fitline.com/us, pm-international.com/us, the US registration page, the company's BBB profile and its public social media profiles, all on October 14, 2026. You can browse every company I've reviewed on one page.

Here's what I found.

What Is PM-International?

PM-International is a German-founded direct selling company that makes nutritional supplements and skincare. Most of what it sells is under the FitLine brand. You'll find it in the full directory of MLM companies too.

FactWhat the company says (October 2026)
Founded1993, as PM Cosmetics GmbH
First FitLine productQ10, in 1995

Gross sales"4 Billion US$ gross sales"

Patents"Over 100 patents"

Those numbers are the company's own. PM-International also says it has been listed among the top 100 direct selling companies worldwide since 2011 and is "currently ranked 5th." Its timeline says it passed 1 billion US dollars in annual sales in 2019, and that FitLine became the official sports nutrition partner of the ATP Tour in 2024.

Who Owns PM-International?

PM-International describes itself as a family business. Its about page lists Rolf Sorg as "Founder & CEO of PM-International AG," with the line "If I can do it, you can do it."

Wikipedia's entry agrees on the basics: founded in 1993 in Limburgerhof, Germany, by Rolf Sorg, with headquarters in Schengen, Luxembourg.

FitLine Products and Prices

FitLine's US store sells mostly powdered drink mixes. Here's what the main products cost on fitline.com/us on October 14, 2026.

The store offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. It also has a free FitLine Club with 10% off "advantage packages" and free shipping on orders over $50, and a customer referral program that pays a voucher worth 10% of a friend's purchase.

FitLine leans hard on quality signals: German GMP manufacturing, independent testing, and products on the Cologne List, a list of supplements tested for doping substances. Those are the company's claims. I'm not making any health claims for these products, and you should talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.

Is PM-International an MLM?

Yes. PM-International sells through independent distributors, and its business page lays out three steps: "Register as a business partner and sell our premium products," "Locate new customers and get them interested in our business model," and "Build-up a network and steadily climb the career ladder."

Building a network and climbing levels is what makes it multi-level. Nothing wrong with that on its own. What matters is how the pay works and what people actually earn.

How PM-International Distributors Get Paid

The US business page describes the perks more than the math. Here's what it says:

  • A career ladder. Distributors move up levels as their network grows.
  • A car program. "Starting with the distributor level IMM (International Marketing Manager), you are eligible for the free car leasing program." The company says its BMW partnership has run since 2002, with 2,700 cars handed over.
  • A pension program. At "a certain position," the company says it pays half of a distributor's pension contributions, up to 1,250 euros a month depending on level.
  • A method. The company calls it "USE - TALK - DEMO."

To join, you register on PM-International's site, and the form asks for a Sponsor ID. So you sign up under someone.

What I couldn't find is a public US compensation plan document with the actual percentages and rank requirements. If you're considering it, ask your sponsor for the current plan in writing.

What PM-International Distributors Earn

This is the part I'd want to see before joining, and it isn't there.

I couldn't find a US income disclosure statement on pm-international.com/us or fitline.com/us on October 14, 2026. Many US direct selling companies publish one, so you can see what typical distributors make. Without it, there's no public way to check.

Meanwhile, the business page describes the opportunity as "self-employment with no risk" and "creating instant extra income." Any business has costs, and products at $78 to $146 a month add up. Treat "instant" as marketing language, not a promise.

The brand accounts are big and active, which helps distributors who share company content. The YouTube channel posted two weeks before I checked.

The Good: What PM-International Gets Right

  • A long track record. Over 30 years in business, with a clear company history.
  • A real US presence. A US store, US prices and an Americas headquarters in Florida.
  • Quality signals. GMP manufacturing, independent testing and the Cologne List, per the company.
  • A money-back guarantee. 30 days on the US store.
  • Clean BBB grade. The US entity, PM International Nutrition & Cosmetic, Inc. in Ventura, California, has an A+ BBB rating, though it isn't BBB accredited.

The Concerns: What You Need to Know

  • No US income disclosure I could find. This is the big one. You can't see typical earnings.
  • Premium prices. $119.48 a month for PowerCocktail is a lot for a daily drink mix, and the opportunity depends on people paying it every month.
  • "No risk" wording. Every business carries risk, including product costs and time.
  • The pay plan isn't public. I found the perks (car, pension) but not the percentages.

On the legal side, I didn't find a US court ruling or regulator action against PM-International that I could read in a primary record, so I'm not making a claim either way.

Product Alternatives

If you like the idea of a daily drink-mix routine but not the price, here's what else is out there. These aren't the same formulas, and this isn't medical advice. Ask your doctor what you actually need.

PM-International vs Other Supplement Network Marketing Companies

If you're comparing supplement companies, read my Herbalife review, my Isagenix review and my Shaklee review. Compare them on three things: what the monthly product order costs, whether the company publishes a US income disclosure, and what you keep on a customer's order.

My Verdict: Is PM-International Worth It in 2026?

One More Thing...

FitLine's whole method is "USE - TALK - DEMO": use the product, talk about it, show it. That's how most network marketing businesses grow, one conversation at a time.

The hard part is finding enough people to talk to without burning through your friends and family. When you learn to reach people online with useful content, people start coming to you instead. And that skill works with any company.

That's what The Sponsoring System teaches. It's a free email series where I share the digital marketing that actually works for networkers. If you want it, start the free series here.
