Le-Vel Thrive Review (2026): Is Thrive Worth It, and What Do Promoters Earn?

Thrive by Le-Vel might be the best-known "8-week experience" in network marketing. The capsules, the shakes and the patch are everywhere on social media, and so are the Promoters selling them.
So is it worth it in 2026? This Le-Vel Thrive review covers what Le-Vel sells, its new prescription line, how the pay plan works, what self-regulators found about its sellers' claims, and some cheaper places to buy similar products.
Quick answer: Le-Vel is an active Frisco, Texas company founded in 2012. It's free to join as a Brand Promoter, there's no required personal purchase, and the pay plan is a uni-level plan updated in August 2026. I couldn't find its income disclosure, though, and its sellers' earnings claims have drawn three self-regulator matters (2020, a 2022 compliance follow-up, 2026).
I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with what a company says about itself. For Le-Vel, I read its homepage, about, products, rewards, Rx and terms pages, its August 2026 Rewards Plan and its Auto Bonus document, and three case reports from the industry's self-regulator, and I pulled its social media numbers from the public profiles. If you're comparing companies, all of my company reviews are on one page.
Here's what I found.
Is Le-Vel Thrive Still in Business?
Yes. When I checked le-vel.com on October 14, 2026, it was selling the Thrive line, a newer Le-Vel Rx telehealth line, and other brands. Its YouTube channel had posted new videos that same day.
Is Le-Vel an MLM?
Yes, in structure. Le-Vel's sellers are called Brand Promoters, and its Rewards Plan pays them on their own customers' orders plus "uni-level team commissions" on the people placed below them, paid weekly. Pay on a team's sales is the multi-level part.
What's different about Le-Vel is the entry. Its rewards page says: "You are not (and NEVER will be) charged a fee for becoming a Promoter. In addition, there are NO personal purchase requirements for becoming or maintaining Qualified & Active Status."
What Is Le-Vel?
Le-Vel sells nutrition and wellness products, best known under the THRIVE name.

Le-Vel's about page names Jason Camper as CEO and founder and says the company's success started "from the very beginning in 2012." Its homepage makes some big claims about itself:
- Over 10 million customers worldwide.
- Over $3 billion in lifetime sales.
- Over $1.5 billion in paid commissions.
- 30 patents and counting.
Those are the company's own numbers. As a private company, it doesn't file public financial reports, so I can't check them. You can see its status next to hundreds of other companies in my MLM company directory.
What Le-Vel Sells
When I checked le-vel.com on October 14, 2026, the core Thrive products were listed at:
- THRIVE Classic capsules (women's or men's): $78, or $64 with autoship.
- THRIVE Classic Mix shakes (single serves): $61, or $49 with autoship.
- THRIVE Classic DFT (the patch Le-Vel calls "wearable nutrition"): $69, or $57 with autoship.
- THRIVE Elite capsules: $82, or $66 with autoship.
The new Le-Vel Rx line. This is a big change. Le-Vel's Rx page now lists prescription weight-loss medications through telehealth, including compounded semaglutide injections at $269 a month and compounded tirzepatide injections at $379 a month on a one-month plan. These are prescription drugs, not supplements. If you're considering them, that conversation belongs with your own doctor.
I don't make health or weight-loss claims about any product. Le-Vel's own site says to consult a doctor if you're pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.
How the Le-Vel Compensation Plan Works
Le-Vel's Rewards Plan, marked "Updated August 2026," lays out three steps: enroll as a Brand Promoter, get Qualified with 100PV (at once or cumulative), and stay Active with 100PV a month from personal or customer orders.
Here's how the pay works:
- Retail commissions, paid weekly: 20% of the BV on your personal customers' orders, plus 12% of the BV on Level 1 customers' orders and 4% on Levels 2 and 3. BV (business volume) on customer web orders is set at 50% of the retail price, so 20% of BV works out to about 10% of what your customer paid. The plan says personal customer retail is paid whether or not you're Qualified and Active.
- Infinity Fast Start: a one-time bonus when someone you enroll buys a package, from $45 to $300 at Level 1 depending on the package, with smaller amounts down to Level 4.
- Uni-level team commissions, paid weekly: 4% to 8% per level on the volume of your team, unlocking deeper levels as your rank rises.
- Matching bonuses: a 10% match on your personally enrolled Promoters' Fast Start bonuses (20% from the 4K VIP rank up), and matches on team commissions at higher ranks.
- Ranks: Promoter, then 4K VIP up through 1M VIP, each requiring 100PV a month, with more active legs required at higher ranks.
- The Auto Bonus: Le-Vel's VIP Auto document lists an $800 monthly Auto Bonus at the 12K VIP rank, and $1,600 for the Elite version. DSSRC has recommended that any post about the Auto Bonus clearly disclose what percentage of active Promoters have earned it, because most don't. In the 2020 case, Le-Vel said 23.7% of Promoters with at least one active team member qualified in March 2020.
The free start is the best thing about this plan. The thing to watch is the 100PV a month. If your customers don't hit it, you'll be tempted to buy it yourself, and the company says you don't have to.
Does Le-Vel Publish an Income Disclosure?
Le-Vel's terms page has an earnings disclaimer that says: "No income is guaranteed. See the official Income Disclosure Statement for typical earnings data."
I couldn't find that statement on le-vel.com. Two likely file addresses on Le-Vel's document server returned access-denied errors when I tried them on October 14, 2026. If you're thinking about joining, ask your sponsor for the current income disclosure before you do anything else. It's the one document that tells you what a typical Promoter earns.
Le-Vel and the Self-Regulator
The direct-selling industry has its own watchdog, the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC) at BBB National Programs. Le-Vel has been through it three times.
2020 (Case #24-2020). A nonprofit consumer group flagged earnings and health claims made by Le-Vel Promoters on social media. According to the DSSRC decision, Le-Vel "agreed that 67 of those claims violated the Company's policies and/or made prohibited earnings claims or references." It also agreed 28 health-related claims broke its policies, and 21 of them were removed. DSSRC recommended Le-Vel keep making good-faith efforts on the rest. It also found that a "DFT: Recharge" video would not reasonably be read as a COVID-19 treatment claim.
2022 (Case #57-2022). DSSRC came back on its own for a compliance check. According to the compliance report, it found 12 new posts claiming the products help with conditions like anxiety, stress, viruses and headaches, plus two posts about the big income you could earn. DSSRC's announcement, dated January 19, 2022, says it "recommended that these new product performance and earnings claims, made by Le-Vel salesforce members, be discontinued." Le-Vel said it had already acted on 8 of the 12 posts, got four more removed, and terminated eight Promoters who didn't respond. The report also repeats DSSRC's 2020 recommendation that Auto Bonus posts disclose what percentage of active Promoters have earned it.
2026 (Case #259-2026). This inquiry covered 11 earnings-related claims on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Le-Vel got 10 of them removed or modified. The last one came from a former salesforce member who had left more than five years earlier and didn't respond. On June 9, 2026, DSSRC administratively closed the case, citing Le-Vel's "good-faith efforts."
Here's my read: these are cases about what sellers posted, not government enforcement against the company, and Le-Vel cooperated every time. But across six years and three DSSRC matters (2020, a 2022 compliance follow-up, 2026), the same issue kept coming up: Promoters making income claims. If you join, don't post your car bonus or your check. It's against the rules for a reason.
What Le-Vel's Social Media Shows Right Now
These numbers were read on October 14, 2026.
| Platform | Handle | Followers | Posts | Last post |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| @le_velofficial | 222K | 3,240 | not shown | |
| YouTube | @thrivebylevel | 32.6K subscribers | 1.1K videos | October 14, 2026 |
| TikTok | @thrivebylevel | 15,200 | 583 videos | not shown |
Le-Vel's Instagram is big at 222,000 followers, and its YouTube channel posts constantly. That's a lot of shareable content for Promoters.
The Good: What Le-Vel Gets Right
- Free to join. No fee to become a Promoter, and no required personal purchase.
- A clear, current plan. The Rewards Plan is published and dated August 2026.
- Weekly pay on retail and team commissions.
- Strong content. A big Instagram and a busy YouTube channel.
- Cooperation with the self-regulator. In each DSSRC matter, Le-Vel removed or changed posts, and DSSRC found its steps necessary and appropriate or credited its good-faith efforts.
The Concerns: What You Need to Know
- No income disclosure I could find. Its own terms point to one, so ask for it.
- Repeated income-claim problems. Three DSSRC matters about Promoters' earnings claims (2020, a 2022 compliance follow-up, 2026).
- Premium prices. $78 for a month of capsules is a lot next to store-bought vitamins.
- The prescription line raises the stakes. Compounded GLP-1 drugs are a medical decision, not a product to push.
- The 100PV every month. Miss it and you're not Active for team pay.
Product Alternatives
If you like the idea of Thrive's daily capsules and shakes but want to compare prices, here are two alternatives. They're not the same formulas, and I'm not making health claims about any of them. I didn't list one for the DFT patch, because I didn't find a comparable product I'd point you to.
| What you want | Le-Vel product | Alternative | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| A daily multivitamin capsule | THRIVE Classic capsules, $78 | Garden of Life Vitamin Code Women's Multivitamin, 120 capsules, $34.29 as of October 14, 2026 | A widely sold whole-food multivitamin |
| A shake mix | THRIVE Classic Mix, $61 | Orgain Organic Vegan Protein Powder, Vanilla, 2.03 lb, $29.59 as of October 14, 2026 | A plant-based protein powder sold at mainstream stores |
Amazon prices change often. Each listing showed the item in stock with that price on October 14, 2026. If you already buy from a Promoter you like, that supports a real person's business.
Le-Vel vs Other Wellness Companies
If you're comparing wellness companies, read Le-Vel next to Plexus, It Works!, Isagenix, Total Life Changes and Herbalife. Compare what it costs to start, what you need each month to stay active, and whether each company publishes its income disclosure.
My Verdict: Is Le-Vel Thrive Worth It in 2026?
One More Thing...
Le-Vel's self-regulator cases were about one thing: Promoters posting income claims on social media to recruit people. It's the shortcut a lot of networkers take, and it's the one that gets them in trouble.
There's a better way to use social media. When you share content that actually helps the right people, they come to you, and you never need to flash a check. That skill works with any product.
That's what The Sponsoring System teaches. It's a free email series where I share the digital marketing that actually works for networkers. If you want it, start the free series here.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Le-Vel Thrive an MLM?
Yes, in structure. Le-Vel's Rewards Plan pays Brand Promoters on their own customers' orders plus weekly uni-level team commissions and matching bonuses on the people below them.
Does it cost money to become a Le-Vel Promoter?
No. Le-Vel's rewards page says Promoters are not charged a fee to join, and there are no personal purchase requirements to become or stay Qualified and Active. You need 100PV a month to stay Active, which can come from customer orders.
How do Le-Vel Promoters get paid?
Per the Rewards Plan updated in August 2026, Promoters earn 20% of the BV on their personal customers' orders, Infinity Fast Start bonuses when people they enroll buy a package, weekly uni-level team commissions of 4% to 8% per level, matching bonuses, and an Auto Bonus at higher ranks.
Is Le-Vel Thrive still in business?
Yes. When I checked on October 14, 2026, le-vel.com was selling Thrive products and a new Le-Vel Rx line, and its YouTube channel had posted new videos that same day.
Has Le-Vel been in legal trouble?
The cases I found and read are three industry self-regulator matters, not government actions: a 2020 inquiry, a 2022 compliance follow-up and a 2026 inquiry. They were about earnings and health claims made by its sellers and in one company video, and each time the company removed or changed posts.
