4Life Review (2026): Transfer Factor, the Pay, and the Income Disclosure

If someone has offered you a bottle of Transfer Factor, they're probably with 4Life. It calls itself "The Immune System Company," and it's been selling immune-support supplements through network marketing since 1998.
So is 4Life legit, and is it worth joining in 2026? This 4Life review covers what it sells and costs, how the Affiliate plan pays, what its own 2025 income disclosure shows, a recent industry watchdog case, and cheaper alternatives.
Quick answer: 4Life is a Utah supplement company founded in 1998, best known for Transfer Factor capsules ($62 to $82 a bottle). Affiliates pay a $15 annual fee and need 100 LP a month to earn. In its 2025 US income disclosure, which covers only Affiliates who received a commission, 65.1% were at the entry Associate rank with median monthly earnings of $15 before expenses.
I've been inside 8 network marketing companies since 2004, and I always start with the company's own words. For this review I read 4Life's US site, its 2025 Income Disclosure Statement and 2026 Compensation Plan, the industry watchdog's case report, Truth in Advertising's record and its public social media numbers. You can browse every company I've reviewed on one page.
Here's what I found.
Is 4Life Still in Business?
Yes. When I checked on October 14, 2026, 4life.com carried a 2026 copyright, an "October Monthly Special" and "Free shipping on orders of $100 or more!" Its YouTube channel had posted on October 8, 2026.
You can compare its status with other companies in the full MLM company directory.

What 4Life Sells and What It Costs
Here are prices from 4life.com on October 14, 2026:
| Product | Size | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Transfer Factor Plus Tri-Factor Formula | 60 veggie capsules (30 servings) | $82.00 |

| Transfer Factor Max | listed in the shop | $111.00 |
| RiteStart Women | 30 packets (15 servings) | $99.00 |
Transfer Factor is the core of the line. 4Life makes strong claims for it on its own site, but I'm not going to repeat them as fact, and its products carry the standard FDA disclaimer. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement.
How You Join 4Life
There are two ways in. A Preferred Customer pays a membership fee: "the membership fee is $25, unless you purchase 150 LP or more when you sign up, in which case, it's free!"
You become an Affiliate, the business side, when you start bringing people in. The company's "4Life Pays" page says, "When the first person you invite also becomes a Preferred Customer, you unlock the next level: becoming an Affiliate." The income disclosure adds, "All Affiliates pay a $15 annual fee on the anniversary of their enrollment."
To earn in any month, "you need to have at least 100 LP on your account." There's also an optional "Fast Start Core 400 LP Pack" for $750.00, which the product page pitches with "Unlock the potential to earn up to $40,000 in your first 12 months with 4Life." That's the company's marketing line, not a typical result, as the income numbers below show.
How the 4Life Compensation Plan Works
The 2026 Compensation Plan pays in several layers:
- Rapid Rewards: "Earn a 25% commission on the first LP order of every newly enrolled Preferred Customer."
- Builder Bonus: "Earn $50, $200, or $800 every month," based on "structure and Team Volume," with a 100 LP monthly order required to qualify.
- Team commissions: paid down levels and generations of your organization, with an "Infinity Pass Through."
- Pools at the top: a "Premier Pool Bonus (2% of company LP*)" and a "Platinum Pool Bonus (1% of company LP*)."
What 4Life Affiliates Actually Earn
Here's the part to read twice. 4Life's 2025 US income disclosure lists "Total U.S. Affiliates: 23,185," and it covers "all Affiliates who received a commission payment from 4Life from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025." So it doesn't count Affiliates who earned nothing.
| Rank | Average monthly | Median monthly | Share of Affiliates |
|---|---|---|---|
| Associate | $42 | $15 | 65.1% |
| Builder | $65 | $59 | 4.4% |
| Builder Elite | $186 | $155 | 16.2% |
| Diamond | $493 | $436 | 6.7% |
| Diamond Elite | $954 | $925 | 3.7% |
| Presidential | $2,802 | $2,344 | 2.4% |
Ranks above Presidential each held under 1%.
The disclosure says, "These amounts do not represent Affiliate profits as they do not consider expenses." Put plainly: about two out of three paid Affiliates were at the entry rank, where the median was $15 a month before expenses. The company's Success page also notes, "Less than 1% of 4Life Affiliates qualify for incentive trips."
To be fair, 4Life publishes this every year, and that's more than a lot of companies do.
The Industry Watchdog Case
BBB National Programs runs the direct selling industry's own self-regulator, the Direct Selling Self-Regulatory Council (DSSRC). It isn't a government agency, but its reports are public.
In a case closed December 22, 2025, and published January 20, 2026, the DSSRC looked at "income claims disseminated by Company salesforce members." It said those posts "could reasonably create the impression that a typical 4Life salesforce member is likely to achieve substantial levels of income." The company "successfully secured the removal or significant modification of five of the nine social media posts," and the DSSRC "administratively closed this inquiry," saying the company's actions "were necessary and appropriate under the circumstances."
Separately, the consumer watchdog Truth in Advertising (TINA.org) says it sent 4Life a warning letter as part of its 2023 review of 100 MLM companies over what it calls "atypical income claims." TINA is a nonprofit, not a regulator. I found no FTC or state action against 4Life.

The Good: What 4Life Gets Right
- A long history. Selling since 1998, with a clear flagship product.
- A published income disclosure. You can see what paid Affiliates earn by rank.
- Low fees. $25 for Preferred Customers (or free with an order), $15 a year for Affiliates.
- No big inventory. The disclosure says there's no requirement to buy large quantities.
The Concerns: What You Need to Know
- Most paid Affiliates earn little. A $15 median monthly at the rank where 65.1% sit, before expenses.
- The disclosure leaves out zero earners. It counts only Affiliates who got paid.
- A monthly minimum. 100 LP a month to earn commissions.
- Income claims by sellers. The 2025 watchdog case was about salesforce income posts.
- Premium prices. $62 to $111 for a month or so of Transfer Factor.
Product Alternatives
If you like the idea of an immune-support supplement but not 4Life's prices, here's what else is out there. 4Life says Transfer Factor uses "bioactive immune peptides from cow colostrum and egg yolk," so the closest common supplement is colostrum. These aren't the same formulas, I'm not making any health claim for them, and you should talk to your doctor before starting a supplement.
| What you want | 4Life product and price | Alternative | Why consider it |
|---|---|---|---|
| A colostrum supplement | Transfer Factor Plus Tri-Factor Formula, $82.00 for 60 capsules | Double Wood Supplements Bovine Colostrum 1000mg, 120 Capsules | $19.95 for twice the capsules |
| A basic colostrum capsule | Transfer Factor Tri-Factor Formula, $62.00 for 60 capsules | Nutricost Colostrum 1000mg, 120 Capsules | $15.95 for 120 capsules |
| A women's daily vitamin pack | RiteStart Women, $99.00 for 30 packets | One A Day Women’s Petites Multivitamin | $12.94; a daily women’s multivitamin from a major brand, not a full packet system |
The Amazon prices are the buy-box prices on each listing when I checked on October 14, 2026, and all three were in stock. Prices change, so check before you buy.
4Life vs Other Supplement Companies
If you're comparing, read my Shaklee review, another long-running supplement company, and my Kyani review, a wellness company that was bought by Amare. My Mannatech review covers a publicly traded supplement company whose disclosure shows how many people earned nothing, and Plexus is a gut-health company with its own pay plan.
My Verdict: Is 4Life Worth It in 2026?
One More Thing...
4Life's watchdog case was about Affiliates posting income claims. They weren't bad people. They were trying to grow, and nobody showed them a better way to get attention.
There is a better way. When you share real, useful content about how you live, without promises, the right people come to you. That works with any product.
That's what The Sponsoring System teaches. It's a free email series where I share the digital marketing that actually works for networkers. If you want it, start the free series here.
