If you've spent any time on Facebook or Instagram as a network marketer lately, there's a good chance you've seen a Beach Boss Influencers ad, or an ad from someone using their training. They're one of the most visible coaching brands aimed at networkers right now, so I went through their site, their courses, their terms and their reviews to see what you'd actually be getting.

Who Is Behind Beach Boss Influencers?

Beach Boss Influencers Inc.'s free-training page describes it as "a fun, result-driven coaching community founded by 2 network marketing leaders - Brandy Shaver and Cari Higham (The 'Beaches') - with a combined experience of over 40 years in the industry." The company's own story isn't fully consistent on this: a February 2024 company press release describes "five co-founders," and the homepage features three more of the team alongside Brandy and Cari, each telling their own story: Fran Loubser, Adrian Lindeen and Kat Krasilnikov.

The company's own claims are big: "more than $25 Million in sales online," over 3,000 team members recruited and "42,000 customers." Those are their numbers, not ones I could check, and the site isn't consistent with itself on them (another part of the homepage says "10,000 customers in the last 5 years"). I'd treat them as a sign of experience, not as a promise of what you'll do.

They also run a podcast, The Beach Boss Influencers Show, and a blog with a lot of free network marketing strategy content.

What They Sell

Beach Boss has three layers.

1. A free training. The "3 Step Recruiting Formula" (also called the Social Influencer Formula) is the front door. You opt in, watch the training and get invited further in.

2. Low-cost courses. These are where the prices are actually published. When I checked their sales pages in October 2026:

  • 60 Second Profits: $19 (shown as marked down from $97). Instagram and Facebook Reels to attract prospects.
  • Recruitment & Retention Mastery: $37 (shown as marked down from $197). Activating new team members and keeping them.
  • Social Recruiting Secrets (2025 Edition): $97. Attracting prospects without mass messaging or cold prospecting.
  • 90 Day Social Influence Vault and Messenger Recruiting Mastery: listed on the courses page; I didn't find a price on the pages I read.

3. Coaching. The "Work with Us" page invites you to "become a member of our premier coaching community" by applying for a call, where a coach "will recommend the right program for you." No price is published. Public listings about the company mention an Academy program with live weekly coaching, and one Trustpilot reviewer said they paid £4,995 for a year-long program in April 2024. That's one person's report, not a price list, but it gives you a sense of the jump from the $19 to $97 courses.

Refunds and Cancellations

Beach Boss's terms and conditions say they are "unable to offer you a refund for any hard goods, or digital goods or services that we sell, unless it otherwise specifically states that a refund will be issued for an item." Subscriptions need at least ten days' notice by email before the next billing month (or year, for annual plans), or you can still be charged.

That's common for digital training, but it matters most for the coaching program, because that's where the real money is. Before you say yes on a call, ask in writing what's included, how long you have access and what happens if it isn't a fit.

What Reviewers Say

Beach Boss has one of the stronger review records I've seen in this space. Trustpilot shows a 4.6 TrustScore across 119 reviews as of October 2026, with 83% 5-star and only 2% 1-star.

  • The praise is mostly about the coaching and how it's taught: reviewers call it "very good and easy to follow" and say material is "broken down into bite size pieces." Coaches like Cari and Brandy get named directly.
  • The complaints are few, and they cluster around money and access: the one 1-star review calls it a "no refund program" and says they "can't ever reach a person" through support. A 4-star reviewer mentioned trouble navigating the program.
  • The company replies. Trustpilot shows replies to every negative review.

The Ads You've Probably Seen

Part of why Beach Boss feels like it's everywhere: when I checked the Meta Ad Library in October 2026, Beach Boss itself had about a dozen active ads, and I also found other coaches running ads for the same free "Social Influencer Formula." That suggests Beach Boss lets members promote its funnel, but I couldn't find a published partner program that says how that works. If someone in your feed is pitching it, they may be connected to it, so weigh their enthusiasm accordingly.

Some of those ads also make big recruiting claims ("my team was able to recruit over 2000 people in just 90 days"). Those are individual advertisers' claims, not typical results.

What I Like

  • A cheap way in. You can see how they teach for $19 to $97 before ever talking to anyone about coaching.
  • Built for network marketers. This isn't generic "online business" training retrofitted for MLM. It's about recruiting and team building on social media.
  • A real review record. 119 Trustpilot reviews averaging 4.6, with company replies on the negative ones, is better than most coaching brands in this space.
  • Skills, not company-specific tricks. What they teach (Reels, messaging, attraction marketing) works with any company.

What Could Be Better

  • No published coaching price. You have to get on a call to find out what the main program costs.
  • No refunds on digital products. Fine for a $19 course. A much bigger deal for a program that may cost thousands.
  • Inconsistent numbers. The site gives different customer counts in different places, and the big claims aren't independently verified.
  • No clear income disclaimer on the homepage. The success stories mention six-figure results, and I didn't see typical-results language next to them.

Who It Fits

  • Network marketers who want to recruit through social media instead of messaging their friends list, and who like a coaching community feel.
  • Anyone who wants to test the teaching cheaply first. Start with one of the low-cost courses before you take a sales call.

Who Should Skip It

  • Anyone who needs a refund window before spending real money on coaching.
  • Anyone who already has a social recruiting system that works. Stacking another program on top of one that's working rarely helps.

My Take

Beach Boss Influencers is a legitimate, well-reviewed coaching brand built specifically for network marketers, and the low-cost courses are an easy, low-risk way to see whether their style clicks for you. The two things I'd go in clear-eyed about are the unpublished coaching price and the no-refund terms. Buy a cheap course first. If you like it and then book a coaching call, get everything in writing before you pay.

One More Thing...

Social media recruiting works best when people already know who you are before you ever message them. That's the piece we focus on inside The Sponsoring System: building an online presence so the right people find you consistently, instead of relying on your warm market or cold messages. It's free to get started.

Generally no. No. The training is about social media and recruiting skills, so it applies to whatever network marketing company you are building.
